Maintenance & Breakdowns

Contact the owner promptly about maintenance needs or a breakdown. The owner will arrange maintenance to get you back on the road or provide another vehicle to drive. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.

Renewals & Returns

Week-to-week renewals must be completed in person. Contact us before your rental ends to arrange renewal. A request does not automatically extend the rental.
Vehicles must be returned to the designated pickup and return meeting location. Contact us to coordinate the return.

Rental Policies
Payments & Documents

We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard through contactless tap payments, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Cash and personal checks are not accepted. Contact us for payment instructions before making a payment. Do not send payment-card details through the contact form or ordinary email.
