DRIVER FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from delivery and rideshare drivers about weekly and monthly rentals.
Is there a mileage limit?
Unlimited miles are included with every rental. Vehicles must remain within California.
Can I renew my rental week to week?
Yes. Week-to-week renewals must be completed in person. Contact us before your current rental ends to arrange the renewal. An extension request does not automatically extend the rental.
What documents do I need?
You must provide a valid, unexpired California driver’s license. You must also provide the required third-party insurance policy and full coverage details for review at pickup, before the rental agreement is signed and the vehicle is released. Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid, unexpired California driver's license. Out-of-state licenses are not accepted.
What delivery and rideshare use is permitted?
Vehicles may be rented for delivery and rideshare work, subject to the rental agreement, applicable insurance requirements, and the requirements of the platform you intend to use.
Who handles maintenance?
The business owner handles vehicle maintenance. Renters must report vehicle problems and damage promptly. Responsibility for damage during the rental is determined by the rental agreement, applicable coverage, and applicable law.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
Contact the owner promptly. The owner will arrange the maintenance needed to get you back on the road or provide another vehicle to drive.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Contact us to cancel or discuss a change to your pickup.
Where do I pick up and return the vehicle?
The pickup and return meeting location is the open parking lot to the left of Rally’s at 8667 Jamacha Road, Spring Valley, CA 91977. Contact us to coordinate pickup and return. Vehicles must be returned to this designated location.

Third-Party Rental Coverage Information
Renters are responsible for the cost of any required renter-purchased coverage. Any policy used to satisfy our rental requirements must be confirmed as suitable for the driver, vehicle, rental arrangement, and approved delivery and rideshare activity. Coverage must remain effective for the entire rental period, including approved extensions.
If an approved policy is priced daily, the renter must purchase and pay for all coverage days required by the provider to cover the complete rental period. Confirm the effective start and end times so there are no gaps. Extending the vehicle rental does not automatically extend a separately purchased policy.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Contact us before purchasing. The providers below have not yet been confirmed as suitable for our delivery and rideshare rental program. Do not assume that travel-rental protection or deductible reimbursement covers paid delivery work, third-party liability, or this rental arrangement. Purchasing a policy does not guarantee that it meets our requirements.
